WVHM 90.5 FM is a Southern Gospel radio station serving western Kentucky and west Tennessee from our studios in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. We broadcast on 90.5 FM (Hopkinsville), 89.7 FM (Benton / Murray / Mayfield), and 89.1 FM (Madisonville).

Our mission is simple: to bring the music of faith and the teaching of God’s Word into the homes, cars, and workplaces of our community. …because it matters what you listen to.

Our Story

WVHM began broadcasting in 1996 with a single transmitter and a conviction that western Kentucky needed a station devoted entirely to Southern Gospel music and Christian teaching. Over the decades, our signal has grown to reach communities across the region, and our listener family has grown with it.
